Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Allergy Clinic

Potter Plastic Surgery and Med Spa and the Allergy Clinic of Western Kansas is seeking a motivated and passionate LPN to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in an environment that cares for allergy patients of all ages. Experience in dermatology is a plus but not necessary.

  • Active Kansas LPN license.

  • BLS/CPR certification or obtain certification within 30 days of hire date.

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

  • Efficient, meticulous, and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask.

  • Friendly, supportive, respectful, and cooperative interaction with coworkers, providers, and patients.

  • Ability to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.  Specialty specific trainng will be provided. 

  • Polished and professional appearance.

Monday-Friday, 7:50 AM - 5:00 PM (one-hour lunch break)

  • Rooming patients, documenting and reviewing medical histories, and chief complaints.

  • Providing answers to pre- and post-treatment questions during consultations.

  • Assisting with care, including allergy testing, spiromrtry, administering injections, mixing allergy serums, blood draws, triage calls, supply ordering, patient education and more.

  • Ensuring quality service and adherence to protocols, maintaining high patient satisfaction.

  • Scribing notes during visits and charting into the EMR in a timely manner.

  • Sterilizing instruments and maintaining a clean work environment.

  • Scheduling procedures and appointments, coordinating with patients and outside facilities.

  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

Compensation: Hourly, dependent on experience.


Signing Bonus: $2500 ($500 after 6 months of employment, $1,000 after 18 months, $1,000 after 2 years)
