To be eligible for a return or refund:

• Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

• Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

• Opened, used, or damaged products (not due to shipping or manufacturer defect) are not eligible for return or refund.

Products that are purchased for in-store pickup and not collected within 60 days will be considered abandoned. These items will no longer be eligible for pickup, refund, or credit.

If a product is received in a defective or damaged condition, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. These items may be eligible for a refund or exchange, subject to review. Supporting documentation or photos may be requested to process the claim.

All return and refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval by the Practice Manager. Exceptions to this policy may be granted at the sole discretion of management if deemed reasonable and appropriate.

Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. They are valid for use on eligible products and services offered by Potter Plastic Surgery & Med Spa and must be presented at the time of redemption. Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards cannot be replaced, and we are not responsible for unauthorized use.
