Can be used once or twice daily. Wet face and neck with tepid water. Dispense a dime-sized amount into palm of hand. Lather in hands. Using fingertips, massage onto face and neck using circular motions. Avoid eye area. Rinse thoroughly and pat skin dry. Contains acids, which may make the skin more sensitive to the sun. We recommend the use of Multi-Protection Broad-Spectrum SPF 50 or Intellishade® Matte for UV protection.

All product returns and refunds are subject to the discretion of the Practice Manager. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and any issues will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. Unopened products in original packaging may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Opened or used products are not eligible for a refund.

If a product is not picked up within 60 days of purchase, it will be considered a Neglected Item and will no longer be available for retrieval or refund. Please contact us for any concerns or questions regarding returns or refunds.

We strive to ensure your products are delivered to you safely and in a timely manner. Please review the following details regarding our shipping policy:

• Shipping Fee:
  A flat shipping fee of $10.00 will be applied to all orders. This fee covers standard shipping and handling costs within the continental United States.

• Processing Time:
  Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

• Shipping Time:
  Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unexpected carrier delays.

• Shipping Confirmation:

• Lost or Damaged Items:
  We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. If your item arrives damaged or is missing, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

• Unclaimed Shipments:
  If a product is not delivered due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout or if the package is returned as unclaimed, additional shipping fees may apply for resending the item.

• International Shipping:
  Currently, we only ship within the United States. Please contact us directly for any special shipping requests outside this area.

• Pickup Option:
  If you prefer to pick up your product in person, please select the "Pickup" option at checkout. Orders not picked up within 60 days will be considered Unclaimed Product and will no longer be available for retrieval or refund.
