Social Media Content Manager (Remote)

Potter Plastic Surgery & Med Spa is seeking a talented and imaginative social media content creator to produce engaging posts that showcase our med spa and cosmetic surgical procedures. The ideal candidate will have a flair for writing captivating captions and designing eye-catching visuals that resonate with our target audience. Your role will involve creating content that not only informs but also entertains and inspires our patients, clients, and followers. Part-time work from home (or in office, if desired) position with the ability to spend 1-2 flexible hours in the office each week. If you have a passion for aesthetics and a knack for social media, we want to hear from you!

  • Proven experience with graphic design, preferably for social media — please have examples of past work (Instagram posts, reels, stories, promotional graphics, etc.)

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or similar) and Canva

  • Strong eye for aesthetics, layout, color, and typography

  • Ability to write clear, engaging, and brand-aligned captions

  • Comfort managing a content calendar and posting schedule

  • Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to take initiative and meet deadlines

  • Familiarity with Instagram and Facebook media profile management.

  • Passion for beauty, wellness, and aesthetics is strongly preferred

Schedule
Part-time, flexible hours. Work-from-home possible. Some availability is necessary for meetings during Central Time business hours.

You’ll be responsible for designing and publishing engaging content across our social media platforms. This includes creating graphics and videos using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, writing compelling captions, and managing a consistent posting schedule. You’ll plan and execute content calendars aligned with our brand goals, develop creative concepts for promotions and educational posts, and ensure all content is visually polished, on-brand, and optimized for engagement. The ideal candidate will be comfortable owning the full content process—from idea to final post.

Compensation:

This is a part-time, hourly position with flexible pay based on experience and skillset. We offer competitive rates for the role, and compensation is issued biweekly. As the position grows, there may be opportunities for increased responsibility and pay. We're open to discussing rates that reflect the value and creativity you bring to the team.
